Reasonably Fit
Getting in shape doesn’t have to be so intense and complicated. So many people get consumed by trying to do every new crash diet, detox, and extreme workout, none of which are sustainable or enjoyable! We’re here to help make fitness fit into your life, rather than take over your life!
Reasonably Fit
Comparing Yourself To Your Past Self
In today's episode Lauren shares a little more of her story as someone who struggled with disordered eating and body dysmorphia. Last week we posted a video on Instagram in which Lauren talked about a specific picture of herself from high school that she constantly used as "motivation" to try and make herself look the way she did in that photo at all costs. When we posted it we were shocked at how many people said they had their "photo" too, and it made us realize that while these struggles are very hard to go through, they are certainly not unique, and we hope that by sharing we can help others out there feel less alone and more supported as we try to change the narrative around what fitness looks like.
